The man was riding east on Victory Boulevard about 7:20 p.m. Friday when he ran a light at Hazeltine Avenue, crashing into a car heading south on Hazeltine, Los Angeles police spokeswoman Officer April Harding said.
The motorcycle rider, whose name was being withheld, was pronounced dead at a hospital, she said.
